JSP and JSTL for Web Developers Training

Workshop Length

3 days

Objective

Create powerful web applications using JSP and JSTL without the steep learning curve of Java.

Description

As of JSP version 2.0, a JSP developer no longer needs to know Java. Using the capabilities of JSP (Java Server Pages) and JSTL (JSP Standard Tag Library), a web developer can create powerful web applications that validate data, perform calculations, access databases and interact with Java code created by others. So, if you're an HTML developer and ready to take your skill set to the next level, but not quite ready for the huge learning curve of Java, then JSP and JSTL are the way to go.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of HTML.
