Tell Orion about our Web App

Steps

1. Modify Orion file application.xml. Note Path Code
2. Modify Orion file default-web-site.xml Note Path Code
3. Start orion: java -jar orion.jar
4. Surf to the new web app by typing: http://localhost/wa
